Our bartenders are all ProServe certified and have a wide range of knowledge about serving wines, beer, and spirits.

AFFORDABLE
Bartending Service - $40/hr for the first bartender
Bartending includes;
all basic bar tools: openers, a shaker, jiggers, bar mats, cloths, ice scoop, and assorted hospitality items.
+Additional $20 for 30 minutes Prep time before event will be added
-$35/hr for each additional bartenders
-Add a Server - $40/hr
Serving includes;
welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and assisting them with seating, if needed.
clearing tables; removing finished plates, glasses, and other items promptly and discreetly.
responding to guest requests or concerns efficiently and courteously, such as providing extra napkins, water, etc.
keeping tables and surrounding areas clean and tidy throughout the event.
specific tasks needed by the client, agreed upon in writing

+Additional 25% Gratuity will be added per server
Travel Fee - $0.72/km per Bartender and Server
This includes;
mileage to and from the location AFTER the first 60kms
*A 25% gratuity will be added to bartending Corporate and Other events such as grand openings, client appreciation celebrations, and small private events, etc.
*We require a minimum 4 hours per service booking (6 hrs minimum for long weekends, and some locations outside of Calgary)
*Pricing above does not include GST
We price our services according to the number of bartenders you will need at your event, which can vary greatly according to the level of service you require.
It is possible for one bartender to serve up to 100 guests at an open bar with basic wine and beer selections. Per AGLC, Licensees for private events must provide a minimum of one adult supervisor for every 50 patrons in attendance, which would include bartenders. With cocktail service, transactions, and larger beverage selections, that number drops to less than 50 guests per bartender. Providing you with the best service at the lowest possible price is our goal.
